The 6th graders of Larkspur have chosen Kits for Kids, a program affiliated with Project C.U.R.E., for their Global Studies service project. Kits for Kids provides moms in developing countries with basic, everyday medical supplies for their children. In developing countries, children get sick and sometimes die because medical supplies and medicines are not affordable or accessible. The students want to do their part to give children a healthier life. The medical supply drive kicks off this month, and the collection of supplies will take place the week of May 2 at each campus. Look for the supply list and guidelines on the upcoming Constant Contact. Help our children help other children by participating in this effort.
