Mission Montessori Sustaining Fund

What is the Sustaining Fund? Annual donations to this fund sustain Mission Montessori's Schools' programs - bridging the gap between revenue and expenses. Tuition, fees and government funding alone do not cover the total cost of educating each student. The Sustaining Fund bridges the gap and balances the budget. Without donations, Mission Montessori would have to significantly increase tuition and/or privatize the elementary level to maintain the integrity of the program.

Sustaining Fund donations are vital direct investments in the people, materials and experiences that equate to the authentic Montessori education offered at Mission Montessori Schools.

During the School Year, Mission Montessori will conduct fundraising drives to meet our anticipated shortfall.

Please help us now by filling out a Sustaining Fund donation form.

10 Reasons to Donate to the Sustaining Fund
  1. Children need the full commitment of scientifically based, developmentally appropriate, beautiful and inviting Montessori materials in their learning environment
  2. Essential learning extends beyond the four walls of the classroom
  3. The Academy, as a charter school, provides the choice of a Montessori Elementary and possibly a middle school education, to all families without the financial barrier of tuition
  4. Contributions to the Sustaining Fund are tax deductible, but increased tuition is not.
  5. Competitive teacher compensation packages, sponsored training and continuing education ensures that the best Montessori educators guide your children
  6. Fulfilling Mission Montessori Schools' mission is not only important you and your children, but also leaves a legacy for the children of the future.
  7. Donations will allow Mission Montessori Schools to lower teacher/student ratios which we know is essential to a quality education.
  8. An educational system that 'follows the child' must be able to provide extensive additional services in order to fulfill diverse needs that your child might have.
  9. An abundance - not scarcity - mentality, balanced by fiscal responsibility, is required to provide quality education.
  10. Your contribution will assure you that an excelling Montessori program, Kindergarten through Middle School, will be there when your child is ready.
