I’m Brittany Baisley and I have been a Montessori teacher for the past 8 years in both an infant and toddler environment. This will be my 4th school year with Mission Montessori, and my second year as a lead toddler teacher.
My Montessori journey started at a very young age. I attended a Montessori school from toddlers through 8th grade. It was the most rewarding experience that I have ever had. I feel so lucky to continue my life through Montessori education.
I received my Associates in Arts degree from Paradise Valley Community College. In addition, I received my Infant/Toddler Montessori Certification from Houston Montessori Center in Houston, Texas.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, family and pets. I also look forward to getting married this October!

Why do you teach Montessori?
I love giving toddlers the freedom and independence to do for themselves what they are capable of doing. Being able to create a home-like environment that the children will thrive in. I grew up going to a Montessori school and have fallen in love with the philosophy ever since!
